LCW: BWF got the venue wrong

Chong Wei, who attended the competition’s official draw ceremony at the Best Western Premier Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, was clearly unhappy with the quality of the stadium, and the fact the warm-up court is quite far from the main facility.

“This is a big tournament, and I don’t think the KLBA is suitable, it‘s small and there is no warm-up court at the stadium. I hope BWF will look into making the tournament better next year,” Chong Wei said.

“金牌俱樂部” 許嘉雯渴望加入

 （內比都10日讯）双打好手许嘉雯渴望加入“金牌俱乐部”。
　本届是许嘉雯第2次亮相东运会，她在2011年仅能在团体赛收穫铜牌；双打搭档温可微在2009年寮国东运会已有金牌（团体赛）进账，现任国家队教练的前国手黄佩蒂曾在2005马尼拉和09年2度摘金。
　因此，许嘉雯希望能够和温可微在女双赛出击，摘下她在东运会的首枚金牌，她们首圈就迎战泰国组合娜莉萨帕与萨维特，闯关不易。
　“温可微和黄佩蒂在过去都曾贏得金牌，希望这次轮到我了；这是我第2次参加东运会，若得到金牌是最大的收穫。首场比赛就是场硬仗，决定我们空手而归，或有望摸牌。”
　“如果我们能够击败他们，那么至少有希望杀入半决赛；该支组合在广州世锦赛后才搭配，因此我们对他们的实力也了解不多。”

僅2種子球員 阮天明不滿安排

（內比都10日訊）儘管被列為首號种子，越南名將阮天明仍對賽會安排不滿。

“一般上至少有4名選手被列為種子，然而由于只有16名參賽者，因此只有2人列為種子（次號种子為泰國的塔農薩），所以身為首號种子的我卻抽到不好的簽運。”

　阮天明認為：“張維峰應該被列為種子球員，現在他非種子，我將提早遇到他；另外迪奧尼休斯，也落在我的半區；不管怎樣，這已經是最后決定，只是賽委會的安排讓我奇怪。”
