《客家盐酒浸鸡》
主料:鸡腿3个 米酒适量 老姜5g
辅料:枸杞10粒
步骤:
1.将老姜不去皮拍碎,枸杞用冷水浸泡清洗片刻
2.将鸡腿放入锅仔中,放上老姜,适量的盐,倒入米酒,
(刚好能淹没到鸡腿肉)腌制2小时左右
3.蒸之前放上少许的枸杞,热水锅中蒸煮25分钟左右就可以了。
