onek-onek糯米滋


材料
糯米粉125g
糖50g
斑兰汁100ml(用水或牛奶也可以)
薯米油30ml
椰丝适量
椰糖一大粒(切成碎粒)

1)糯米粉与糖混合,放入斑兰汁和油搅拌均匀,然后用手揉成糯米团。
2)将揉好的糯米团像搓汤圆一样,分别搓成小圆球,然后用手心轻轻压偏,在把切好的小椰糖块放入里面包起,在轻轻搓圆。
3)煮烧一锅的水,水滚了后将包好的糯米团放入锅里煮。
4)待煮到浮上水面后就是熟了,捞出后沥掉水份再放入椰丝中滚一滚,让糯米团都裹上了厚厚的椰丝就可以了。
