椰香黄姜饭 Tumeric rice (Nasi kunyit)

材料(2人份):
糯米 260g
黄姜粉 1大匙
浓椰浆 150ml
盐 1/4茶匙
班兰叶 7片

做法:

  • 黄姜粉加一大匙水调稀,倒入糯米中。
  • 把水加至完全把糯米掩盖,拌匀置放过夜让糯米吸收黄姜味。
  • 把黄姜水倒掉,倒入50ml浓椰浆和糯米搅拌均匀,静置2小时让糯米吸收椰浆味。
  • 班兰叶绑成结,放在糯米上。
  • 100ml浓椰浆放进小碗中,加入1/4茶匙盐,把小碗放在糯米上一起蒸15分钟。
  • 把糯米取出,小碗中的椰浆倒入一起拌匀,和班兰叶一起再蒸15分钟,香喷喷的黄姜饭就完成啦!
第一次做黄姜饭就可以做出如此水准,阿丰的食谱可不是盖的。黄姜饭配着香浓的咖喱一起吃,道道地地的马来西亚风味让大家唇齿留香啊~~

 Materials (2 servings):
260g glutinous rice
1 tablespoon turmeric powder
Thick coconut milk 150ml
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Pandan leaves 7

Practice:

     Add a tablespoon of turmeric powder water to dilute, pour glutinous rice.
     Add water to completely cover the rice, mix well and let rice absorb placed overnight turmeric flavor.
     The turmeric water drained, pour 50ml thick coconut milk and rice stir and let stand for 2 hours to absorb the coconut rice flavor.
     Pandan leaves tied into a knot, put rice on.
     100ml thick coconut milk into a small bowl, add 1/4 teaspoon salt, put together on a small bowl of rice on the steam for 15 minutes.
     Remove the rice, coconut milk into a small bowl and mix well together, and pandan leaves and steam for 15 minutes together, fragrant turmeric rice to complete it!

Turmeric Rice first to do so can make standard Afon recipe is not covered. Turmeric Rice with a fragrant curry eat together, round after round of Malaysian flavor to let everyone fragrant lips and teeth ah ~ ~
