奶茶玛德琳 Milk Tea Madeleine

材料: 低筋面粉 100g,蛋1&1/2,糖90g,发粉3g,红茶包2个,牛奶50g,奶油95g

做法:
1。牛奶加1个红茶包放在炉上小火加热至牛奶温热,不能滚。
2。奶油隔热水融化备用。
3。蛋打入碗内,加入糖后用打蛋器拌匀。
4。把1。加入3。,分3次加入,期间不断地用打蛋器搅拌。
5。往碗内加入筛过的面粉,再充分拌匀。
6。加入2。和拆开另1个茶包,倒入茶粉拌匀。
7。在烤盘里抹上一层薄薄的奶油后把面糊倒至9分满。
8。把烤盘放进预热的烤箱里用180c烤上12分钟即可。
