材料:大米220克、糯米80克、盐5克、培根1片、海苔、葱花适量。
做法:
1大米和糯米混合淘洗干净,清水浸泡4小时;
2 放入电饭锅中,加入盐拌匀,煮成米饭;
3米饭用饭勺打散,加入培根碎、海苔碎和葱花拌匀;
4 取一只方形的保鲜盒,在盒底盒壁抹层油,也可在盒里垫上保鲜膜防粘;
5 将拌好的饭倒入盒里,用力压紧压实,放冰箱冷藏一夜;
6第二天将冷却后的米饭糕从盒里取出,菜板上抹油或铺上保鲜膜,米饭糕切成1.5厘米厚的片;
7 锅内倒入油,大火烧至6成热,放入切好的米饭糕,中火炸至金黄色即可。
提示:
1 制作米饭糕时一定要用力压紧实,这样在切片时才不容易松散;
2 切片时刀的两面都要沾点水,每切一片都要沾一下,这样不容易粘。
